GRUPO GASTRONÓMICO IPCA S.A. DE C.V. (IPCA) with address Insurgentes Sur No. 1409, Colonia Insurgentes Mixcoac, C.P. 03920, in Mexico, Federal District bring to your attention that your personal data, including sensitive information, that now or in the future serves on our databases, will be treated and/or used by IPCA and/or holding companies of the latter and/or our companies subsidiaries and/or affiliates and/or third parties who, by the nature of their duties or assignments have the need to treat and/or use their personal data in order to meet those obligations arising from the legal relationship between you as holder of personal data, and the companies mentioned above.

- Include any item or document to facilitate the location of personal data that are processed.
GRUPO GASTRONÓMICO IPCA S.A. DE C.V. (IPCA) reserves the right to change, modify, add and/or alter this notice at any time, in which case it will make your knowledge through any of the means set out in relevant legislation.
If you don't have objections to your personal data being transferred, it is understand to have given their consent.
